A track by a Thames estuary beach, December 21st, Midwinter's Eve, 2010.
The beach has an assortment of detritus on it, including half a boat with the name 'Seafarer' on the side, plastic, seaweed, a jam jar, rope, timber, corrugated iron, pat of the yellow wing of an aeroplane with the number 35 on it and part of a broken ladder. Jim Mollison is lying in the bottom of the half boat, curled up and unseen. Paula is jogging in the fog.
